My practice goals are to provide compassionate and detailed care for my patients. Every patient provides a unique set of challenges and I individualize a treatment plan to meet the needs of each patient.
In plastic surgery, this requires meticulous attention to detail in an effort to restore or recreate a youthful, natural appearance.
Whether it is a facelift, rhinoplasty, breast or body contouring surgery, I am dedicated to creating a relaxed appearance rather than an artificial or operated look.
In addition to cosmetic surgery, I have a commitment to children born with facial deformity and spend five days a month operating on children with cleft lip, cleft palate and major intracranial deformities. Operating on complicated pediatric craniofacial deformites allows me to refine my aesthetic surgical skills.
Bryant A. Toth, MD

Bryant A. Toth is an internationally renowned and respected cosmetic surgeon who resides and practices in San Francisco, California. Dr. Toth is a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College where he was named the Rufus Choate Scholar in his senior year. He received his medical degree from Brown University followed by general surgical training at the Massachusetts General Hospital, the primary teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School where he also did his plastic surgical training.
At the completion of this plastic surgical training Dr. Toth was awarded the prestigious Kazanjian Fellowship from Harvard, allowing him to pursue an additional year of cosmetic and craniofacial surgical training in Paris, France. He is been certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Our Office and Private Operating Suite
We take great pride in providing a personal setting and a comfortable environment in our office located in San Francisco in the picturesque neighborhood of Pacific Heights at 2100 Webster Street. Our private office suite includes a state-of-the-art surgical suite conforming to the highest standards.
We maintain an AAAASF-accredited operating room and have our own operating room team that includes a board certified anesthesiologist and registered nurses on staff to ensure patient safety. Dr. Toth’s staff privileges at California Pacific Medical Center allows him the option to perform a procedure there if he feels, for medical reasons, the patient is best served there.
